PeepKeeps can be personalized with a script on a micro size piece of film. The script can be up to 200 characters and a text font size of 10. This is reduced down to a size smaller than a pencil eraser. The final image is a reverse image with white (clear) text against a black background. Please make sure you send the complete information including dates, names, etc. A proof will be emailed to you for aproval before it's actually created. We will only make up to one text edit at no extra charge. You can also supply your own artwork. The artwork should be in a circle about 3 inches in diameter at 300 dpi. The file should be emailed to us as a JPEG or Bitmap. Only lineart or text will be accepted. Half Tones will not work. Please keep in mind when designing the artwork that it will be inverted. (Black text will be clear on the film)

Pendant warranty is guaranteed for quality of material & workmanship under guides of pendant care. Charms should be kept out of high temperature areas above 120 degrees F. Charms should also be kept clear of sharp or abrasive objects, especially in the lens area. They should only be cleaned in a mild detergent and water. The lens tube should not make direct contact with your eyes, contacts or glasses.

If you are not satisfied, we offer a full refund on the pendant only. We can not offer a refund on the personalization or shipping, since these charges are non reversible. Purchaser is also responsible for return shipping.

PeepKeeps are custom designed products and they do take some time to create. We do try to get these out as soon as possible. Most orders do take 2-3 weeks to create and ship. These are sent UPS ground. Please contact us for rush orders. Rush fees and special shipping charges may apply.

We provide a shopping cart with our charms to make ordering easy. Most major credit cards are accepted through the PayPal shopping cart. Orders may also be mailed with a certified check, money order or cashier's check. Please make sure to send the appropiate personalization information and charm item numbers that are needed. NC residents need to add 6.75% sales tax. The shopping cart adds this as needed.
